Finally!

Finally! I was able to sit still enough for the little brown birds to come and eat from the feeder. Unfortunately, these are not the best photos ever, but can anyone tell me what kind of bird they are? Sometimes they look like they have a reddish hat on, if that helps. And they are skitterish in their behaviour. Probably because they are food for the Magpies.

they are female house sparrows. they in a family all to themselves in north america (old world sparrows)because they are native to europe and were introduced here.
